Rutland Outdoor is proud to announce the opening of a dedicated Jack Wolfskin shop-in-shop at Fineshade Woods. Rutland Outdoor is located next-door to Fineshade Cycling at the Forestry Commission Top Lodge site, just 10 minutes off the A1 on the A43 between Leicester, Peterborough and Corby. Rutland Outdoor opened its doors to all adventurers for all outdoor needs, from walking to camping. The expert staff on hand can help guide you through all of your requirements. With such beautiful surroundings and woodland full of fun and adventure, you wouldn’t want to consider going anywhere else. Jack Wolfskin has a strong history with Rutland Outdoor, dating back to the late 90s. Jack Wolfskin’s state-of-the-art technical clothing and equipment incorporate decades of field experience. Alongside Jack Wolfskin we also have an extensive selection of walking boots from German footwear giants Meindl and other premium outdoor clothing brands.
Rutland Outdoor is part of the Rutland Cycling group which opened its first branch on Spring Bank Holiday 1981 in the Whitwell car park at Rutland Water. We have one of the UK's largest Jack Wolfskin consessions and are the leading supplier of Meindl boots. Our recent move to the Top Lodge at Fineshade Wood is the perfect location to try out the latest outdoors kit and accessories. We have plenty of activities on offer, acres of natural woodland to explore and a cosy cafe right next door to complete your day out. A visit to Rutland Outdoor is a day out for the whole family.
